Easter Monday

What a lovely sunny Easter Monday. Jack and Daisy spent the day in the garden soaking up the rays. I thought they might like their beds out there. As you can see from the photo, they are perfectly happy to lie on concrete!

They're tough little cookies! I've just sat down to write this and Jack has quickly leapt on the kitchen table and stolen my menthol sweets. Never a dull moment!

Having changed the cover of the Home Page, because I thought it was a lovely shot and very apt for this time of the year, I received this from Sue Foreman:

Dear Patsy, It was a lovely surprise to see Bertie's picture when I opened Weltos website. Thank you. Happy Easter to you and your family. Love Sue Foreman.

Also I received a lovely e-mail from Kaye & Tony Attoe (Maisie's owners )

Hi Sue & Patsy, I just wanted to add to the reply from one of the new members, saying how excited they were about joining Weltos. Apart from Maisie, the best thing about getting a Welsh Terrier is that Weltos is here. It's certainly the best club we have joined, ever! I don't think that you both understand what a fantastic job you both do!!!!!

It feels like we joined a family where you can get help & information & support anytime you need it and you have both been invaluable with your help advice and support. Thank you so much for all you do, I know that we would have been lost

without you both & truly value what you both do for your members and their Welsh Terriers. Thank you both Tony Kaye & Maisie Attoe x Yesterday we took Daisy & Jack to Haysden Country Park. There's a van there every weekend, which provides delicious bacon rolls etc. The man who runs it, also makes home made dog biscuits. It's a lovely place to walk. We must do a ramble there soon. We then went to the Bo Peep pub at Chelsfield. A really nice venue, dogs welcome and one to bear in mind.

Jack and Daisy waiting for their biscuit, then on their way to the pub and finally checking out the Bo Peep at Chelsfield. The owner loved them so much she took photos to show her mum!

We had a lovely ramble in Chelsfield in October on a lovely warm dry day. The ramble took us through some woods and had some viewpoints...
