We've had a lovely few days (and nights) here in Salisbury despite the weather. Sadly the market has been affected by Novichok with a massive reduction in the number of stalls but we visited Winchester which was amazing. The photos are taken infront of the mulled wine stall mmmm hic! The dogs got lots of attention and as it was so busy we put their hi-viz vests on them which helps to stop them getting trodden on.

The light parade last night through from Salisbury Cathedral was brilliant and the photos don't do it justice. The Cathedral was beautifully lit and there was live music inside in the form of a brass band which I sat and enjoyed and sang along to. A lovely little break and ready now for the last run up to choir practices, Christmas cake decorating, last present buying and wrapping and finally enjoying a family Christmas. Merry Christmas to you all!!

We had a lovely ramble in Chelsfield in October on a lovely warm dry day. The ramble took us through some woods and had some viewpoints...
