What a lovely day we all had on Sunday 19th November in Greenwich Park. The weather forecast was not great so it was a wonderful bonus to have no rain!

While waiting at the park entrance we were approached by another Welshie with his grand parents who were amazed to see so many Welsh Terriers in one place - we invited them to join us and Jan was on hand to give them a Weltos card and we hope to hear from his owners.

We were joined on the Christmas Ramble by some new members - Jim & Tina Temby with Bobbi and Peter May with Jack. It was great to watch the youngsters playing.

We have another new member Sam Bates with Welsh Terrier Winnie:

Winnie joined the family at 8 weeks and is our first Terrier, so it has been on experience getting to know their traits. She is just about to turn 9months and loves being outside! She is a very independent young lady, but slowly coming around to cuddles and even allows me to make a fuss of her occasionally. Winnie has recently completed her puppy training and passed with flying colours, however, when outside and off lead she does still have a tendency to have selective hearing (I'm told this is quite common with terriers )  Winnie also loves climbing. She wants to be on top of every surface she can reach and also loves to people watch out of a window if she can.

We look forward to meeting Winnie on a future ramble.

Kaye Attoe sent the following photos of Maisie:

Maisie before & after her haircut!  Unfortunately teddy was on my lap so didn’t get a photo of him.

We had a lovely ramble in Chelsfield in October on a lovely warm dry day. The ramble took us through some woods and had some viewpoints...
